Reviews and Complaints
Beware of purchasing expensive newsletters such as Night Trader
I, too, tried to cancel Night Trader and was denied. I have placed the charge "in dispute" with my credit card company and will follow up with complaints at the BBB, FTC, and SEC.
The last straw came on Jan 24 when I called for the second time. Customer Service seemed to be in a state of utter chaos and desperation, and I was treated with unbelievable disrespect. I have noticed for some time the ratcheting up of hype, intimidation, unreasonable demands, and predatory behavior, especially at Agora. I refuse to accept such treatment.
and will never renew or subscribe to any of their services again. I will continue to pursue a refund.

Tom Gentile's Money Call
I've paid $1995 just for Money Call and am really pissed. Here's why.
I understand the risk and accept the losses but the SHEAR NUMBER OF LOSSES and the EXTENT OF EACH LOSS is just plain sad. Tom said, "Just do exactly what I tell you to do and you'll double your money". I understand there are exceptions - not every trade will double your money or even make money but I don't understand or accept the following: first trade was on 8/27/18 - FIT 21% LOSS; DIA 79% LOSS (Fast Fortune); AVGO ?? LOSS; GE 35% LOSS; JD 100% GAIN (the only gain); LEN 59% LOSS; FIT (never filled even though Tom called it a gain); QQQ 82% LOSS; ORCL 71% LOSS; XOM 63% LOSS; XLP 41% LOSS.
These are all verifiable with the Market and Email date and time stamps That's 451% in losses and one 100% gain in about 6 weeks. He's never going to make his promised 2200% in one year - he's already in the hole net 351%. And the Customer Service sucks!! They either don't know what they're doing or they're rude and just want you off the phone unless they can sell you something.
And they never, not once, returned my emails.

The truth
Changed composition of Passport Club
Several years ago I signed up for their all-inclusive membership. The only exceptions were to be micro-companies or ones needing qualified investors.
When I tried to access Night Trader (a new service at the time), I was told that elite services were not included, even though my list of subscriptions covered under Passport Club includes Night Trader. I ended up paying for it, but when I questioned them again last week, telling them that Night Trader was listed as a service that was included, I was told that that was only for members in the "new" Passport Club, not the original one.
If I didn't have to pay the fee for Night Trader, I would have come out with a profit of $1,610.40. As it stands I lost ~$400.
- Even though that is how they originally marketed it
- That passport club is no longer all-inclusive

Total Scam Loss my 2,500 on entry fee, got no info from the customer service people. this is an illegal operation, and should be sued, and prosecuted.
It's true there customer service ***
I think we can get a class action on this matter and have a winning case. i too fell victim to the scam.
I have in print now where they say they were making a profit on an option trade which I know they did not. The daily high trade from the day of recommendation to the date of email with profit could never have happened.
Money Map as a whole is a scam. I am out almost $6800 for their fees, not counting their losing track record in recs.
Re: Night Trader. I too have contacted Money Map Press, DBA Night Trader, asking for a refund and was denied.
The Night Trader program was represented as a program that recommended fast moving stocks, almost everything recommended has been options, not stocks. In addition to the other entities you have filed complaints with, you should file a complaint with the Office of Attorney General, Brian Frosh, 200 St.
Paul Pl., Baltimore, MD 21202. Contact 410 576 ****.
Hi,I tried to get a refund too. They denied.
me. Have more losers than winners. It seems with the hype of a program.
Night Trader is missing the boat. Out $3,000 too.

Agora used to be legit, but not anymore and all employed there know it. I had a similar problem with them years ago.
