Money Map Press - Cancellation Impossbile
I initially sought the information and then grew disappointed and tired of deleting multiple emails daily. I sent an email, called and then went into my account to ensure cancellation was made and nothing cancels the emails.
During the calls, I was told they could not cancel the subscription or stop the emails. While some might find them enlightening, I did not find them so. Their processes to stop emails was impossible and they are no help in getting the "subscription" canceled.
I am frustrated because there is no easy way to stop receiving the emails and they send multiple emails daily. My suggestion, do not sign up unless you need several daily emails from them..
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
Preferred solution: cancel the emails.
Money Map Press Cons: Terrible customer service.
